What does the Intell-i-Watch offer? →
Some features depend on the model. Network connections are optional and turned on only with your approval.
Analysis that works on its own
No network, cloud or remote access needed
The Intell-i-Watch logs and analyzes your data inside the monitor itself. No internet, cloud service, plant or IT network, or remote access is needed for that.
Connected features – email and text alerts, web server pages, file transfer and remote viewing – are optional and turned on only with your approval.
- Analysis keeps working when the network is down, or where there is none.
- No IT or cloud integration is needed for analysis.
- Data is analyzed where it is collected.
- Suited to remote sites and facilities with restricted network access.

Practical guidance on what you measure

Flow monitoring
Measuring water and oil flow ensures the fluid is flowing within your specified process rate and total. Choose the meter that fits your needs and budget.

ORP monitoring
ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) monitoring measures electron transfer, so you can control metals removal and Cr6 reduction processes more accurately.

pH sensor selection & care
The pH probe is a consumable with a lifespan that depends on conditions and maintenance. Choosing the right electrode protects operation and probe life.

pH neutralization & monitoring
Discharged effluent must usually be neutralized, and logging pH at the plant discharge point may be required. The Watch automates the monitoring.
