Analysis on the Watch – no network needed
The Intell-i-Watch logs and analyzes your data inside the monitor itself. No internet, cloud service, plant or IT network, or remote access is needed for that.

Connected features – email and text alerts, web server pages, file transfer and remote viewing – are optional and turned on only with your approval.
What you see on the Watch
- All models with a built-in screen. Live readings, bar graphs, trend graphs, averages and min/max, right on the Watch.
- 5" and larger screens (IW-888, IW-101012, IW-102412, IW-182612, IWC). Also logged history – trend graphs with date and time – and alarm logs on screen.
- 3.5" screens (IW-332, IW-444, IW-646). Logged data moves to a PC on the memory card or by USB for longer-term review.
- IW-Uniscreen VDM. No built-in screen: you view it on your own PC, tablet or phone connected to the Watch.
Built to adapt
Set it up for your process, and change it when your process changes
- Your alarm setpoints. For each sensor, you can define alarm or alert setpoints at any time and change them when necessary. In the event of a process shift, setpoints can be easily shifted as well.
- Alarms that allow for process delays. In the event of process time latencies, alert or alarm events can be time compensated for process delays.
- A logging rate that fits. For fast changing events, readings can be recorded every second; for slow changing events, maybe every couple of minutes.
- Room to grow. The Watch can be adjusted to allow for a different sensor mix or be expanded by additional plug-n-play accessories.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Watch need a network connection?
No. Intell-i-Watch models can operate independent of any network connections. Network connections are optional and turned on only with your approval.
What sensors can it read?
Sensors can be most any standard type of discrete output or analog output transducer: water quality (pH, ORP, conductivity, TDS, DO, turbidity and more), flow, level, pressure, temperature, motor and machine conditions, and energy. See the sensors.
How do I get my data into Excel?
Data logs, with the time and date of each measurement, can be exported as a CSV file. Move them from the Watch's SD card to a USB drive by following the on-screen steps, then open them in Excel.
Can I change alarm setpoints myself?
Yes. For each sensor, you can define alarm or alert setpoints at any time and change them when necessary, and alarms can be time compensated for process delays.
Can it alert me by email or text?
Yes. Alarm notifications can be sent by email or text message to different groups of responsibility.
How often does it record readings?
The logging rate is set to suit the process: every second for fast changing events, or every couple of minutes for slow changing events.
Can it analyze data without a network?
Yes. The Watch logs and analyzes the data inside the monitor itself; no internet, cloud service, plant or IT network, or remote access is needed. Models with a built-in screen show the results right on the Watch; the VDM is viewed on your own PC, tablet or phone connected to the Watch.
